Please note that your
request must be placed before Monday at 10am each week. All
requests received after the Monday 10am deadline will be processed
the following week. Your employer has designated
a weekly supplemental benefit amount. This is the amount that will be processed
when you request supp benefits. You can always request less than this designated
amount weekly but you cannot request more. Should you have any questions regarding
